The City of Tulsa’s refuse and recycling services have more to offer. The following services are also provided:
Dead Animal Removal
Upon request, dead animals will be removed from public streets or private property once the animal is placed at the curb to pickup. Small animal pickup services are provided at no charge. Large animals such as cows or horses may also be picked up for a fee. Call 311 for more information and provide the exact location and specific directions to the pick-up site. All calls received after hours and on the weekends will be serviced on the next working day. For more info, click here.
Neighborhood Dumpster Program
The City of Tulsa’s Neighborhood Dumpster Program is a service available to registered neighborhood groups to perform neighborhood cleanup activities. Participating groups can make use of 30-yard containers to dispose of eligible household items. To learn more or to schedule a dumpster for your neighborhood, click here.
Special Service for the Physically Limited
The City of Tulsa offers a special service for residents who are unable to place their trash at the curb due to a physical limitation or disability. Click here to learn more about the program eligibility requirements and to download the Special Services request form.
Help Tulsa Stop Illegal Dumping
Dumping trash in the City of Tulsa is illegal. The fine for illegal dumping can be up to $500! Residents may report illegal dumping online at Tulsa311 or by calling 311.
TULSA311 APP
A one-stop shop aimed at convenience for residents — Tulsa residents, Tulsa311 can now be used to contact the City of Tulsa. With a registered account, citizens may request city services and manage and receive updates on service orders submitted to the City of Tulsa. Citizens may also report other city issues, such as potholes, high grass, missed pickups, etc.
